Montera Hockey Academy - Ottawa Area

Ottawa:
http://www.monterasports.com/montera-hockey-academy.php
Montera works with older athletes identified as prospects or Junior players, however here is a blurb directly from their website: "In addition, we are expanding our offerings to allow players born between 1997 and 2003 to share the Elite experience.

Three additional 2-week camps have been added for 2011 (for players born in 1995-1997, 1998-1999, and 2000-2003). For all intents and purposes, they will be like the Elite Camp, but individual exercises will be adjusted as the age groups dictate."
Hockey Development Program
Developed exclusively for Montera Sports by the team at the Peak Centre for Human Performance, the Hockey Development Program focuses on maximizing on-ice skill development and off-ice conditioning. Each two-week session is designed to improve a player's start in the upcoming season so that he plays at the highest level suiting his current stage of development. Each day includes 2 morning hours of on-ice instruction and 2 afternoon hours of off-ice instruction , professionally designed to complement each other."

Here's the pricing: - that's per week

PEAC

We visited PEAC - The Premier Athletes Collegiate - located in the interesting but very strange Downsview park - it seems to be a vacated airforce or military base -occupied by Hoopdome, an indoor skate park, a circus school and a variety of unusual sporting facilities. This private school offers athletes the ability to attend Grades 6-12 while having access to sporting instruction and a flexible schedule. My elite athlete was intrigued by the possibility - but perturbed by the bleak, gray facilities.

Apparently you have to pronounce it "Peek"  - no spelling out the initials.  PEAC is also located in Burlington, and not quite as industrial in this location.
