MARCH 12TH – 15TH, 2012 @ CANLAN ICESPORTS - SCARBOROUGH

Hyperfit is proud to announce the return of our popular High Performance March Break Hockey Camp. This year we have decided that instead of applying to attend the camp, registration for this Camp will be by invitation only. The Camp consist of two evenly matched teams comprised of no more than 9 forwards, 6 defensemen and 2 goalies. Each team will train in the morning (on-ice skills + strength & conditioning) and then compete against the other team in the afternoon game. Games will be supervised by qualified referees and player of the game prizes will be awarded.Camp is designed and appropriate for players of Midget AA caliber or higher.

TEAM – HYPERFIT BLACK
9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. ON-ICE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
10:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. LUNCH
1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. GAME
TEAM – HYPERFIT GOLD
8:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. ON-ICE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. LUNCH
1:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. GAMEMEALS
It is advised that each player bring their own lunch or money to buy lunch at any of the numerous local eateries.
